At The Mental Break, our mission is to help you release all of your most unhinged emotions in a safe environment. While we provide fun and temporary stress relief, we also know that this is not a "fixer" for mental health issues. Mental health is no longer stigmatized and we want to help connect you with professionals that can further assist you.
