• Do I need to book an appointment?

    We will always accept walk-ins, but you should anticipate a wait. Our team will have to prep your breakables and you will have to go read and sign the waiver. We strongly advise to book your appointment in advance.

    Is there a dress code for the rage room?

    Everyone entering a rage room MUST wear closed toe shoes, long sleeve shirt (no hoodies, flannels, or heavy jackets), and pants. No Crocs, cloth like shoes (Vans or Converse), soft sole shoes, flip flops, heels, flats, etc. You will not be allowed to enter the room. OUR DRESS CODE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED!!! We do have full body suits and long sleeves available.

    Are the rooms safe?

     

    Safety is our top priority! We will provide you with safety gear which must be worn throughout your session. Our staff closely monitors each session as well. We also give a safety briefing before you rage out!

  • Is there a dress code for the splatter paint rooms?

    While there is no dress code for the splatter paint room, we do highly encourage for you to wear old clothes that you do not mind get messy!

    What type of protective gear do you have for the splatter paint rooms?

    Each customer will be given a hooded poncho, protective eyewear, gloves, and boot covers.

    What is all provided in the splatter paint room?

    Each participant will be given four 4 oz squeeze bottle of UV paint, paint brushes, a canva, and paint palette.

  • Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?

    We advise for you to arrive 15-30 minutes early, so you can browse our add on section, sign waivers, and allow our team can go over the safety briefing. If you are late for your appointment, we do not provide refunds. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment!

    Is there an age limit?

    For our rage room, all participants 8 to 17 years old must have a parent/legal guardian present and they will need to sign a waiver. No children under the age of limit will be permitted to participate in the rage room.

     

    For our splatter paint rooms, our age requirement is 3 years old. All participants 3-13 must have a parent/legal guardian in the room during the session.

    Can I bring my own breakable items?

    Yes! We do charge a $25 fee for clean up. The following items will not be permitted to bring in the rooms:

    -TUBE TV'S

    -AIR FRYERS

    -LIGHT BULBS/ITEMS WITH LIGHT BULBS

    -MATTRESSES

    -COUCHES/ARM CHAIRS

  • Rules

    • You MUST wear provided safety equipment at all times, no exceptions.
    • If you are wanting to throw items. you MUST throw them at the concrete wall.
    • Pay attention to your surroundings and where other participants are around you.
    • No throwing of wrecking items (baseball bats, golf clubs, or hammers).
    • Every person walking into a rage room or splatter paint room MUST sign a waiver.
    • You are more than welcome to record your session, but we are not liable for your personal items.
    • No person presumed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be permitted to enter a rage room.
    • Do not hit another person with wrecking items.
    • Do not BREAK OUR DESKS!
    • No running or rough housing while in the rooms.
    • Do NOT HIT OUR WALLS INTENTIONALLY. If you are seen doing so, you will be charged a fee at our discretation.

  • Notices

    • All activities are recorded for safety purposes. We reserve the right to use that video to pursue any legal actions if you are found to be destroying the building or intentionally harming others.
    • All sales are final, there will not be any refunds issued after your purchase.
    • We do reserve the right to refuse service.
